The Stage
Tom Fox is a theatre maker, devisor, comedy director, musician and clown.
He has directed productions at the National Theatre, Lyric Theatre Belfast, Theatre 503, Royal and Derngate, Traverse Theatre, The Garage Norwich & with Eastern Angles.
Tom is founder and Artistic Director of Lamphouse Theatre. The company tours the UK with ‘silly, funny, noisy shows’ and have received critical acclaim, most recently for their Edinburgh Fringe 2022 show: War of the Worlds (on a budget).
Tom has also performed with Trestle Theatre Company, Pleasance & Small Nose.
Tom trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and Ecole Philippe Gaulier.
He has also trained in clown & devising with Spymonkey, John Wright, Carlo Jacuzzi, Susana Alcantud & Frank Wurzinger.
Tom mentors on the MA Directing course at Rose Bruford and is under commission to write for Hummingbird Productions.
